Hey we are back, this time I want to explore the section of the deployment of Umbrella, where we can configure a device to communicate and forward all traffic to Umbrella
We will concentrate on the section for Network Devices this time: The main idea of this integration is that the devices will become an Identity, which you can use later to apply policy under any of your settings inside Umbrella
I’m refreshing a bit on my AWS skills to master most of AWS Services and technologies. I have attempted the AWS SA: Professional a few months back and failed pretty badly.
As a refresher I started using A-Cloud-Guru again and I was very impressed by the Hand on Lab Features, which they did not have last year.
I started playing with the Create a Static Webpage and here are the results. The video is not of great quality, but I wanted to make sure my process is documented and hopefully, I get better at doing these things.
For the past year, I have been wrestling with Cloud Technologies, trying to understand and put it in practice, but the right way, and what is the right way? You may ask. Cloud is designed to change the vision of how traditional infrastructures are created. Cloud shares a vision of multi-tenancy, elasticity, and scalability. And why not? Major Cloud providers design these solutions to make technology more streamlined and easy to consume.
Before leaving my previous company there was an interesting trend in the market and industry I have worked for the past few years, and that is that multiple verticals out there are considering moving their traditional premises workloads to the cloud.
That is a beautiful thing, but from my standpoint as an Engineer/Architect, I’m thinking how I’m going to be able to get involved into it? - Smart conversations need to happen and well, I’m usually part of those conversations, or in the room when smart people talks about cloud :)
