CUCM upgrade from 9.x to 11.x - Short post

Finishing an upgrade project after being a while since doing one, I wanted to take the time to share the experience and how easy has Cisco made it into upgrading their software. It may look a bit disorganized, but you will find few things that I used to refresh my memory on the process, but I found that it was a surprisingly less painful than before. Now, one thing I like to mention is the fact that this is still a Refresh Upgrade because of the change on the REHL version of CUCM, but the Refresh Upgrade COP is not needed, note that the previous version is 9.x.

IM&P (CUPS) Server, Blank (Admin Page) page after upgrade from 9.x to 10.5

Yes, another upgrade and more with it. This one was very special and I was totally blaming myself after the TAC engineer helped me figure it out. I was always told, or I remember it was good practice to always get the latest Upgrade file from CCO Downloads page for everything. Well I did that and found myself into an issue. The scenario: Customer Upgrading CUCM, CUC and IM&P servers from 9.1.2 to Version 10.5 (No issue here):
